Returns - Sarep + Rose will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange within 30-days from delivery.

Q: There’s a piece of cardboard stitched on the inside of my basket. What is this?
Great question! If you look closely, it has a name written on it. That was written and attached by the woman who weaved your particular basket.
We try to keep it on so you can see the personal ‘tag’ of your maker. Feel free to remove this after your purchase if you want!
Q: How fast will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed. We will use either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground (unless you choose an express service at checkout)
Depending on where you live & when you ordered (don’t forget holidays and weekends!) this typically means you’ll be opening your box in just 2-5 business days after your purchase.
Q: How long do I have to decide if I want to make an exchange or return?
We want you to be in the 98% of our community who never need to make a return, so -A whole month(i.e. 30 days from date of delivery) to make up your mind.

Of course! Simply enter their shipping address during checkout. Our packing slips contain no price information so your lucky recipient won’t see the price and can reach out to us for returns or exchanges just as if they purchased themselves.
