Our wave baskets are a subtle conversation piece that can be used for organizing inside and outside of the home. Sustainable and ethically handmade from the elephant grass plant, these baskets will perk-up your bathroom, bedroom, office, kitchen and outdoor leisure spaces while hiding that pile of necessary but difficult to organize items. The multi-use baskets can be used to store miscellaneous items and even be the new home for your favorite potted plants.
Shipping- We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $100.
Returns - We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items with original tags attached purchased online or in store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. All items tagged as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

Q: How fast will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed. We will use either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground (unless you choose an express service at checkout)
Depending on where you live & when you ordered (don’t forget holidays and weekends!) this typically means you’ll be opening your box in just 2-5 business days after your purchase.
Q: How long do I have to decide if I want to make an exchange or return?
We want you to be in the 98% of our community who never need to make a return, so -A whole month(i.e. 30 days from date of delivery) to make up your mind.

Q: I’m worried about moisture. Can I put this basket in my bathroom?
Of course! These baskets are woven with a plant that has a naturally hydrophobic cell structure. It can get wet / dry / damp again and again.
It’s so good with water it’s even used to prevent erosion by water against the soil.
Q: Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
Yes of course! We know things can change. As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, drop us a line at sales@sarepandrose.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.
Q: Can I send a gift to someone else?
Of course! Simply enter their shipping address during checkout. Our packing slips contain no price information so your lucky recipient won’t see the price and can reach out to us for returns or exchanges just as if they purchased themselves.
