Q: How fast will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed. We will use either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground (unless you choose an express service at checkout)
Depending on where you live & when you ordered (don’t forget holidays and weekends!) this typically means you’ll be opening your box in just 2-5 business days after your purchase.
Q: How long do I have to decide if I want to make an exchange or return?
We want you to be in the 98% of our community who never need to make a return, so -A whole month(i.e. 30 days from date of delivery) to make up your mind.

Q: Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
Yes of course! We know things can change. As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, drop us a line at sales@sarepandrose.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.
Q: Can I send a gift to someone else?
Of course! Simply enter their shipping address during checkout. Our packing slips contain no price information so your lucky recipient won’t see the price and can reach out to us for returns or exchanges just as if they purchased themselves.
