Special Announcement: Extended Holiday Return Policy
All ‘sale’ items purchased on or between 11/19/2023 - 12/31/2023 will be eligible for store credit or exchange until 1/31/2024 or 30 days after delivery (whichever is longer).
Items purchased at full price are additionally eligible to receive a full refund of the purchase price as well as store credit or exchange until 1/31/2024 or 30 days from delivery (whichever is longer).
How fast will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed. We will use either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground (unless you choose an express service at checkout)
Depending on where you live (we ship from New York), what (large baskets take longer) & when you ordered (don’t forget holidays and weekends!) this typically means you’ll be opening your box in just 2-5 business days after your purchase.
What is SarepandRose.com’s return policy? How many days do I have to return an item?
Our products are all made 100% by hand by craftsmen and women using natural materials and limited mechanical tools. There may be slight variations in color, patterns or shape from item to item. However we do promise you’ll get a quality product you’ll love for years to come! If for some reason we don’t live up to this promise, please let us know and we will make it right.
How do I return/exchange an order placed on SarepandRose.com?
Please follow these steps to return/exchange your online order:
- Email Sales@SarepandRose.com for a return label
- Affix the label to your shipping box; if using the original packaging be sure that the original label is fully removed or covered.
- Drop your package off at a local USPS staffed location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number.

How long does it take to issue a refund?
A refund is issued within 5-10 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. It may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.
What are the shipping charges for returns?
Free! We offer free return shipping with the use of our prepaid return label.
We will use USPS or UPS Ground to ship your merchandise unless you choose otherwise at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number. Sarep + Rose (Afrimade LLC) is not responsible for late, damaged or missing deliveries once they have been transferred to any common carrier including but not limited to USPS or UPS.
Shipping within the U.S. and its territories is free for all orders. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws differ between countries. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Afrimade LLC (D.B.A. Sarep + Rose) is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sarep and Rose reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Amazon Pay and Paypal. Though unlikely, Sarep + Rose reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason, however under the rare circumstance that we have to, we will provide you a full refund immediately or offer a possible replacement item.
Sales tax will be automatically charged on products ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.
