Q: How is our leather considered sustainable?
A: Our leather is sustainable because of where and how it is sourced. The cattle farmers in Kenya were burying the hides of their cattle after selling off the carcasses. Our tanneries now purchase the hides from these cattle farmers providing a supplemental income for them, and reducing waste at the same time. Read more about it here

We want you to be in the 98% of our community who never need to make a return, so - A whole month (i.e. 30 days from date of delivery) to make up your mind.
Q: Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
A: Yes of course! We know things can change. Cancellations or refunds requested before shipment will take an additional 5-10 business days to be processed.
Q: What happens if I want to send a gift to someone else?
A: No problem! Simply enter their shipping address during checkout. Our packing slips contain no price information by default so your lucky recipient won’t see the price and can reach out for returns or exchanges just as if they purchased themselves.
Q: How do I clean my bag?
A: Great question! For the most part, the answer really is, you don’t! Of course if something wet and messy gets on it feel free to wipe clean with a damp cloth, but our leather is moisture -resistant and normal wear-and-tear like stains and scratches actually fade over time as the leather patinas- becomes more supple, pliable and shiny.
For fabric pieces, feel free to prevent stains using your favorite brand of stain-protector
